The Utah System of Higher Education has voted to increase tuition at public colleges and universities in each of the last three years.

An independent investigation completed this week found a former intern's allegation that Davis invaded her personal space was credible. Leaders of the Senate stripped Davis of his committee assignments on Wednesday as well.

The allegations against Davis were made on social media by a former intern and campaign staffer.
