Mojave Cross

NPR's Andy Bowers reports that the ACLU is suing the U.S. government over a seven-foot high cross in the Mojave National Preserve. The cross has been there for 60 years and its removal is banned by a little-notice rider attached to a federal budget bill by a California Congressman.
