By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City – Proponents of redistricting reform argue that the current system does more to protect the interests of incumbents than it does to serve voters. Doug Fabrizio talks to David Skaggs of the Council for Excellence in Government, Ryan Alexander of Common Cause, and Michael McDonald from George Mason University. They are in Salt Lake City for the Hinckley Institute of Politics' three-day Redistricting Conference, and join us in studio.
