Salt Lake City, Utah – Last year, the US Department of Transportation announced a proposal to ban interstate truckers from texting while driving. Studies show drivers are 20 times more likely to be in an accident while texting and that using the phone is comparable to driving while drunk. University of Utah psychologist David Strayer joins us along with journalist Maggie Jackson who has written a book called Distracted
