Washington, D.C. – The U-S House again passed a bill today expanding federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. It was the second time around for the bill since May. Backers picked up even more support than they had last time. But Utah's lawmakers remain divided on the issue. Todd Zwillich has more from our Capitol Hill bureau.
