She's introduced us to people who are really passionate about food. Today we meet a chef who oversees Asian food for the Latitude Group's 9 restaurants, which include Ichiban and Mikado in Salt Lake City and Campai in Park City. He takes us on a journey making sushi, which dates back to 7th Century China.
