Salt Lake City, UT – Last year, Utah lawmakers agreed to set a goal of producing 20% of the state's energy from renewables by 2025. A few bills passed this session to help move toward that goal. But this year's legislative debates, say renewable energy advocates, showed that there are still many misconceptions about renewable energy. And, they say, if Utah doesn't embark on more aggressive projects, it could be left behind. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
