Salt Lake City, UT – A week before his scheduled execution, death row inmate Ronnie Lee Gardner made a last ditch plea to save his life. Gardner appeared before Utah's Board of Pardons and Parole yesterday to argue that his death sentence be commuted to life without parole. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
