Salt Lake City, UT – Gay rights groups yesterday asked a senior leader of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to take back anti-gay comments he made at a recent church conference. They said the statements broadcast to millions are dangerous, inaccurate and could lead to more gay teen suicides. Meantime - the church called on its members to follow Christian principles with all people - including gays and lesbians. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports on how gay Mormons and others reacted.
