One of the main bills on Utah's Capitol Hill targeting undocumented immigrants has been changed - some say weakened - just a day before its first public hearing. The changes appear to have helped the sponsor gain support and perhaps needed votes. But first, a commitee of Utah lawmakers advanced what some are calling one of the most significant bills of the legislative session. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
