Salt Lake City, UT – The Waterford Institute's UPSTART program offers at-home software education programs for young children, and it won a contract from the Utah Legislature in 2008. The Waterford Institute's founder, Dusty Heuston, a long-time educator, believes the power of technology can result in successful early intervention. KUER's Tasha Cook recently sat down with Heuston, and has this interview.
