Salt Lake City, UT – Adobe's new building looms over I-15 right across the freeway from Thanksgiving Point. In fact you can't miss it. Jonathan Francom is the Director of Global Workplace Programs for the company.

"We think this is a massive billboard that says come work for us. We hope that folks when they come along the freeway say I don't care what they do, I want to be in there," said Francom.

The facility is designed to accommodate future growth focused on Adobe's Digital Marketing Business. Senior Vice President Brad Rencher - whose new office will have no walls - says collaboration is built into the design.

"It's very open, there will be a lot of natural light, we've really embedded what we see to be the future of work spaces, and how people want to work and engage together. So I'm excited to see it all come together, to see the reaction of our employees when they move in and start to work here," said Rencher.

Employees will have access to a caf , an NBA-sized indoor basketball court, a game room, and a complete exercise facility. Adobe currently has about 800 workers at its offices in Orem, and there is room for 1100 in the new building.
