John Greene
John Greene grew up in the Western PA town of New Castle. He began his broadcast career as a volunteer with KRCL radio in S.L.C. in 1980. John has a B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland and an MSW from the University of Utah. John served in the US Army to include a tour of duty in Asmara, Eritrea once part of Ethiopia. In addition to KRCL John managed NPR affiliate KUNR in Reno, Nevada, has served on the board of National Public Radio, and numerous other non-profit organizations in Salt Lake City.
