The Utah Department of Health and Human Services revoked another campus license on Friday for the boarding school where Hilton said she was abused as a teenager. It marks a major victory in the hotel heiress’ yearslong effort to get the school shut down.

Utah cites multiple noncompliance issues against Provo Canyon School's Springville campus, and says all services must end by Aug. 6. The school has 15 days to request a hearing.

Hilton returned to the Utah boarding school where she said she was abused as a teenager. It's the latest stop in her years-long campaign calling for reforms to what is commonly known as the troubled teen industry.

The process is typically initiated by parents at their wit’s ends over a child they perceive as troubled. For the kids, it’s the traumatic first leg of a journey to placements that can be hundreds of miles from home.
