By Doug Fabrizio
Salt Lake City, UT – The journalist Robert Kaiser says that Washington D.C. has become a dysfunctional capital, and you probably won't be surprised to hear that at the root of it all is money. Politicians need it and special interests are eager to give it. Kaiser has spent some 45 years monitoring politics for the Washington Post, and he's written a new book on the impact of lobbying on American government. He joins Doug to explain how Washington really works and why in his opinion - it works so badly. (Rebroadcast)
