By Doug Fabrizio
Salt Lake City, Utah – In 2004, Army Ranger Pat Tillman was killed in Afghanistan. Tillman's death captured the public's attention at first because of his celebrity. He was a pro-football player who had volunteered for duty. But the shock grew as it came to light Tillman had been killed by friendly fire and that the military had gone to great lengths to cover this up. Thursday, Doug is joined by journalist Jon Krakauer to explore the complicated life and death of Pat Tillman and what they reveal about sacrifice and war.
