By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City, Utah – Richard Nixon always believed the press was out to get him. The scholar Mark Feldstein says when it came to columnist Jack Anderson he was right. Feldstein's written a book that lays out the 25-year brawl between the two. We're talking bribery, forgery, spying and even an assassination attempt. Feldstein is in Utah and joins us for a look at what he calls the beginning of DC scandal culture. He'll also reveal one of Anderson's sources on Nixon - this one with a connection to Utah.

  • On Tuesday, October 5 at 12:15, Mark Feldstein and University of Utah political science professor Tim Chambless will discuss Jack Anderson. The event is at the Hinckley Institute of Politics on the U Campus. For details, click here.
  • Wednesday, October 6 at 7:00 p.m., Mark Feldstein will read and sign his book at The King's English Bookshop. Call the store at 801-484-9100 or visit them on-line for details.
