Salt Lake City, Utah – Wednesday, Doug hosts the last of our Utah congressional debates. This time, we're looking at the 1st district, where Republican Rob Bishop is seeking his fifth term in the House of Representatives. His challenger is Democrat Morgan Bowen who also ran against Bishop in 2008. We'll talk to both candidates about what brings them back to the race and about what they see as the priorities for Washington.
