Salt Lake City, Utah – Monday, we're reflecting back on the Elizabeth Smart case. As you've heard by now, Friday brought the beginning of the end of the 8 year saga when Brian David Mitchell was found guilty on all counts. The case has been memorable for the questions raised about Mitchell's mental state and his accountability and about the dynamic of Utah culture that seemed to play a role. The most prominent part of the story was the composure and achievement of Elizabeth Smart.
