- Lawmakers came to a compromise with the group behind the Our Schools Now ballot initiative late in the session. KUER's Whittney Evans did a story on what voters will be deciding on now when their ballots arrive.
- Utah Transit Authority will now be called Transit District Utah thanks to a bill passed that will also raise vehicle registration fees for infrastructure projects.
- The Legislature and the governor's office engaged in a bit of a power struggle.
