Castle Dale, UT – Earlier this year, President Obama signed a huge public lands management bill that included a resolution of wilderness designation and other land issues in Washington County. The consensus process that produced the Washington County bill is becoming the model for resolving the question of wilderness across Utah. KUER's Dan Bammes has been looking at proposals for new wilderness in Emery County.
