Salt Lake City, UT – As the state legislative session winds down, lawmakers wrapped up some weighty issues yesterday - health care and ethics reform, and medical malpractice suits among them. The state's 11 billion dollar budget also came into sharper focus, as budget leaders approved the bulk of the state's spending plan. But as KUER's Jenny Brundin reports - one of the cards on the table is one many parents and teachers won't like.
