Holladay, UT – For the past 28 years, Sandy Peck has been a fixture at Utah's Capitol. She's sat through hundreds of committee meetings and floor debates, watching and listening and advocating for the non-partisan League of Women Voters of Utah. This month, she's retiring as the League's executive director. KUER's Jennifer Napier-Pearce has this profile.
