Salt Lake City, UT – Yesterday, Utah's main legislative budget committee heard recommendations over where cuts should be and what deserves funding. But first, advocates are using a new study as ammunition as they lobby for a bill to reign in pay day lenders. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
