Peru Elections

Voters in Peru go to the polls today for presidential and congressional elections. Evidence of vote-fraud by then-President Alberto Fujimori's government marred last year's elections. Fujimori later resigned in disgrace; eight candidates are vying for the presidency. Frank talks live with NPR's Martin Kaste from Lima for a preview.
