Salt Lake City, UT – Elder abuse can take the form of physical, emotional and financial exploitation. With census figures showing that nearly ten percent of Utah's population is aged 65 and older, elder abuse is among the most underreported crimes, and the trend is worsening as the number of seniors grows.
