Salt Lake City, UT – Teen moms in Utah have been able to vaccinate their infants, but not themselves. Some Utah lawmakers hope to change that. But first on news from Capitol Hill, the slashing in state agency budgets continues. House lawmakers yesterday signed off on a first round of budget cuts that could result in the early release of inmates and fewer troopers on the streets. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
